CACI International
CACI International is a US defense technology and IT services company headquartered in Reston, Virginia, providing digital solutions, intelligence analysis, electronic warfare and counter-drone systems to the Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
Key Products
CORIAN: CACI’s counter-UAS system, developed for the US Army and deployed at forward operating bases and fixed installations. CORIAN integrates detection, identification, and defeat capabilities in a single system architecture. It has been selected for multiple US Army C-UAS programs.
TITAN: Ground-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance system that integrates multiple sensor inputs for battlefield awareness, with relevance to drone detection and tracking missions.
Electronic warfare systems: CACI produces a range of electronic warfare products for jamming, signals intelligence, and spectrum operations, several of which overlap with counter-drone mission requirements.
Business and Financial Position
CACI trades on the NYSE as CACI. For fiscal 2026, ended 30 June 2026, it reported revenue of $9.6 billion, up 10.9 percent year on year, net income of $535.8 million and EBITDA of $1.17 billion. It reported $10.2 billion in contract awards, a 1.1x book-to-bill ratio, total backlog of $32.0 billion and funded backlog of $5.4 billion at year-end.
Fourth-quarter revenue grew 17.6 percent year on year, including 11.6 percent organic growth. CACI attributed a slight decrease in reported diluted earnings per share to higher interest expense associated with the ARKA acquisition and a higher tax provision, despite higher operating income. Its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance is a forecast, not an achieved result.
Why It Matters
CACI brings prime-contractor scale to electronic warfare and counter-drone work. The company reported that its TLS Manpack system can detect, disrupt and defeat enemy signals, including drones; that is a company description of the system rather than an independent performance finding. Its $9.6 billion fiscal-2026 revenue and growing funded backlog give it the capacity to pursue larger programmes than most specialist counter-drone suppliers, while acquisition-related interest costs show the trade-off in its growth strategy.
